I'm slowly hating myself for being at front office!!! I don't like the job there!!! I don't like the people there!!! such actors!!! They don't tell you straight when you have done mistake.. They'l still smile at you but when you're not around, they'll complaint to supervisors.. I hate this kind of people.. I was just curious to know why some people do like this while the other person do the other way round. Is this a crime to ask? If you don't like people asking like that just tell. Why have to go round the bush? I can say, being at reception for this 2 weeks, I've seen people with two faces more than enough.. I don't want to continue seeing all this anymore.. I don't want to be one of them!!! These people are scary!!! Tell you something different now but doing something different behind you. Guys & gals are the same especially in Sunway Hotel! I do aware that politic is a "sure have" thing in all companies.. It's impossible for a company that doesn't have any politic issues in it. But why politic when we are in a so called "open-country" where we speak what we want? I think the safe way to protect yourself by not ending up in trouble is to keep quiet and not ask anything at all even though you are in training.. Teamleader can just come and tell me to "bare in mind you come reception is under trainee.. Do what trainee is suppose to do.." I was confuse and really wanted to ask him back what the hell trainees do in Sunway Hotel if there are certain questions are sensitive to be asked.. Thank God I was sick today.. Don't need to go back office to see all those two faces people..
